Yes. If you do not book in advance, we will probably be full and will not be available to receive your group.
An Escape Room is an adventure game in which players are locked in a space. As a team, they have to use the elements of space to solve puzzles and escape within the time limit.

The game lasts 60 minutes and there is an initial briefing. Participants must arrive at the agreed time because before that the previous game will still be running.
Each team can be made up of between 2 and 10 players depending on the game.
For groups of up to 35 members, the group is divided into smaller teams that play our various games simultaneously. If there are more than 35 elements, talk to us and we have other types of solutions.
Our games don't need to be played in order. Although each game is a different chapter of the same story, the order is not decisive for being able to solve the challenges.
You can pay in cash when you come to play. It is also possible to pay in advance by wire transfer. To do this, simply send proof of the transfer accompanied by the reservation details to our email until the day of the game.

Yes, you can. Just purchase a Puzzle Room Voucher. Our Vouchers are valid for 12 months. For those who receive the voucher, simply book your game on the desired day and time and indicate the Voucher code you will use. The game must take place within the validity of the Voucher used.
Yes, it is possible to extend the validity of a voucher for a further 12 months from the expiry date. Extending the validity of a voucher has a cost of €20
If your team has more participants than your Voucher, they can still play. It will be necessary to pay the difference between the value of the game and the value already covered by the Voucher.
The digital version is enough. Before the game, show the Puzzle Room voucher to the Game Master so he can validate it.
You can prepare by reading the story behind each of our chapters. However, before each game, the game master will give you all the information you need to get the most out of it.
Yes, no problem. There is always an SOS key in our rooms that allows anyone to open the door and leave the game.
